Thanks Eberhard and Fay
for the generous hospitality every time we visit your B & B. It is
very refreshing to leave the hustle and bustle of Brisbane to spend a
couple of days in the clean crisp air, wander through the magnificent
flower and vegetable gardens, take a stroll along the river, spend the
night in a warm cosy room and wake up to a breakfast prepared from real
fruit and home baked breads.

You will
sleep in comfort – the beds are superb
Accommodation in the guest wing of the main house comprises 2 charming
queen-size bedrooms with en suites and 2 double rooms with adjacent private
bathrooms, a snug TV- library room and lounge room with wood fireplace. The warm
comfort of this wing allows you and your friends to socialise together around a
crackling fire. Each room overlooks Fay’s remarkable cottage garden.
The four
self-contained apartments have a queen size double bed and a single bed, en
suites, a kitchenette, TV, recliner chairs and wood fires. French doors open
onto a wide veranda and covered car parking is provided at the rear.
Bed & Breakfast Tariff/Rates
Spring Season rates valid to 22nd November 2009
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Check-in 2pm; Check-out 10 am.
Bed & Breakfast Tariff (incl. GST):
1. Standard Queen size Double Rooms - A$140 per night
2. Self-contained Cottage style Apartments - 2 persons $190.00 per night. 3
persons $220.00 per night.
Group
retreats - writers, photographers, bird-watchers, gardeners, needlework or
birthday parties fully catered.
Deposit:
50% of total by credit card phone order, or cheque
within 3 working days of booking, to secure the date.
Balance payable: On departure. Cancellation policy: No refund of deposit
within 14 days of booked date. Bookings may be transferred to another date
within 3 months. Refunds less booking fee of 10%.
